Delete your account
Delete your Match My GC account and the information tied to it. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- In the app: open Account, then tap Delete account.
- On the web: sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. Sign in
You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
What we remove
- Your profile and company details.
- Your photos, including your work photos.
- Documents you uploaded, such as licenses and insurance.
- Your chats and matches.
- Your session recordings, within 24 hours. We also stop recording you under your emails.
- Your sign-in, so you can no longer open the app or website.
What we keep, and why
- Payment history, because the law requires us to keep financial and tax records.
- Call recordings, until their retention period ends. Then they are deleted.
Deleting your account is permanent. We cannot restore it.
