1. Platform use

You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in ways that do not interfere with the platform, other users, or connected service providers.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of profile details.
• You must protect account credentials and access methods.
• You are responsible for actions performed through your account.

3. Verification and matching

Verification and ranking outputs are decision-support signals. You are responsible for independent due diligence and final contracting decisions.

If you connect a calendar to schedule calls, you confirm you may share its busy times with us, and you can remove it at any time. How we use it is in the privacy policy.

4. Payments and optional services

Some features may involve optional payment processing. If enabled, you agree to pricing and payment terms presented at checkout.

5. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.

6. Text messages (SMS)

Match My GC Alerts is an optional text message program. If you opt in, we text you account updates (verification results, license reminders, deal room updates) and alerts about chat messages and missed calls on Match My GC, and you can reply to a chat alert by text to answer that conversation.

• You opt in during onboarding, from your dashboard, or in Account → Notifications, and confirm your number with a one-time code.
• Message frequency varies with your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we'll send one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Match My GC or of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text replies you send to a conversation are delivered to the other party as chat messages and are subject to these terms.

7. Community rules

Match My GC is for real business between License Holders and Construction Companies. Everyone who uses chat and calls agrees to these rules.

• No harassment, threats, hate or abuse.
• No scams, fraud or spam.
• Do not share another person's contact information without their say-so.
• No sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content.
• We have zero tolerance for abuse.

You can report any message or person from the chat, and you can block anyone. A blocked person cannot message or call you. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. AI assistants

You can connect your own AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) to your account. It signs in as you and can only do what you allow in Account → AI assistants.

• You are responsible for everything your assistant does through your account, as if you did it yourself.
• Messages your assistant sends are labeled as sent by your AI assistant. You may not remove or hide that label.
• These terms and the Community rules apply to your assistant. Assistants have usage limits, and they cannot pay, delete anything or see contact details that are hidden from you.
• Information your assistant reads is shared with the company that runs it, under that company's terms.
• You can turn assistants off, change what each one may do, or revoke one at any time, and you can choose not to receive messages from other members' assistants.
• We may limit or switch off an assistant, or every assistant on an account, to protect members or the platform.
